If an "active X" Banner appears on the top of the screen: 
-Click on the banner

-Download the active X program

-This will get you into the system. This is only a one time download. 

If Windows will not allow to download due to "non certified signature" 

-Click on Tools, and Internet Options

-Click on the Security Tab

-Click on Custom Level

-Scroll down to the heading "Download unsigned Active X controls"

-Underneath it, it will have 3 prompts (enable, disable, prompt)

-Click on the "prompt", and click ok, to go back to your browser

- It is a good idea to startup a new browser window, once you have changed your parameters
